What fleet managers ask us most

How much does it cost?
We quote custom per fleet based on team size, depot count, and unit mix. As a rough order: small workshops start around $200/month, mid-size fleets (10–25 techs) land around $400–800/month, enterprise depots negotiate volume rates. Always cheaper than per-seat alternatives at scale.
What units do you support?
Thermo King (all SB, SLX, Precedent, T-series, V-series, A-series), Carrier (Vector, Supra, Viento, Pulsor, CST Tempcom), and Schmitz Cargobull (S.CU, TKM range). Adding brands is straightforward — talk to us if you run something different.
How long to onboard?
One day of fleet setup (we do it), then a 30-minute training call per tech (we run it). Most fleets are fully productive within a week of signing.
What if a tech is offline at a coolstore?
The app caches the alarm database, wire diagrams, and recent service history on-device. Techs can do diagnostics with zero connectivity; everything syncs the moment they get back to wifi or LTE.
Can we integrate with our existing ERP / dispatch system?
Yes — API access is included in fleet licenses. We've built integrations with TK Portal, Salesforce, ServiceTitan, and most major dispatch systems. Custom integrations are scoped during onboarding.
Do you have a free trial?
We do 14-day pilot programs for fleets of 5+ techs. Full feature access, full onboarding support, no card on file. If it doesn't earn its keep in two weeks, no contract.
Where is the data stored?
Our servers are hosted on Hostinger (US data center). All connections are TLS 1.3 encrypted. We are GDPR-aware (NZ Privacy Act compliant). Customer PII is never sold or shared.
What about the iOS app?
The iOS app remains available for individual techs and pilots. Fleet licenses cover BOTH the iOS app and the web app — your techs choose what works best on each shift.
