Auckland / NZ fleets · Thermo King · Carrier · Schmitz · AU-ready

Watch the box overnight. Diagnose it at the unit.

Tracking

Map, LIVE gauges, History replay, Logger, Reports and wLog. Sites on the map.

Nightwatch

Overnight cargo watch. Working units, 10°C off setpoint, more than 45 minutes.

Desk

Fleet dispatch. Who is going, who is on site, who fixed it. Call Thermo King.

Locker

NZ food-control plan retention, default 7 years. Claims Bundle PDFs. Not EN12830.

Built for NZ fleet managers and Thermo King / Carrier / Schmitz workshop techs. One browser app, same chrome on phone, tablet and laptop. Add it to the Home Screen from the browser. Optional LilyGO-class telematics for Tracking and Nightwatch. Confirm at the unit.

Carrier Thermo King Schmitz Cargobull NZ first · AU depot clocks · independent of OEM cloud
Today in the app

What a fleet manager opens first.

Managers, admins and coordinators land on Fleet. From there: Tracking, Nightwatch, Desk and Locker. Same names as the sidebar. Jobs and Today’s summary sit beside them. Confirm at the unit. This is not a prediction.

Tracking

GPS map from our box, not manufacturer telematics. Tabs match the app: Tracking, LIVE, Graphs, History, Logger, Report, wLog and Units. LIVE is gauges, not a camera. History is the 90-day trail. Optional LilyGO-class box plus Connect.

Nightwatch

Overnight site watch. Working units only. A Critical opens when return air is 10°C or more off setpoint for more than 45 minutes. Off or loading stays quiet. Depot and customer sites show on the Tracking map.

Desk

Callout Desk for fleet dispatch. Who is going, who is on site, who fixed it. A fleet calling Thermo King, not a workshop booking tool. No remote control. Confirm at the unit.

Locker + Claims Bundle

Locker keeps trip proof for an NZ food-control plan. Default retention is 7 years. Not EN12830 certified. MPI does not approve the SaaS. Claims Bundle is a cargo-temperature evidence PDF from that window.

The live product

Office first, then the tools that fix it.

Names below are the sidebar labels. Tracking needs the optional box and Connect. Nightwatch uses the same feed. Locker keeps trip proof after the 90-day Tracking purge.

TodayTracking

Map, LIVE gauges, History replay

Pick a unit and stay on it while you switch views. Tracking is today’s map from midnight on the depot clock. LIVE is analog gauges from the box. Graphs are temps and pressures. History replays the 90-day trail. Logger reads the logger over the air. Report and wLog use saved extras, GDT, alarms, power, door, mode and setpoint. Units is every fleet rego. GPS crumbs, extras and GDT stay 90 days, then drop. Independent of Thermo King TracKing or a manufacturer API.

  • Tracking, LIVE, Graphs, History, Logger, Report, wLog, Units
  • LIVE is a sensor stream, not a camera
  • Optional LilyGO-class box. Confirm at the unit
Same truck stays selected across views
TodayNightwatch

On watch tonight

Working units only. 45 min and 10°C off setpoint. Off or loading stays quiet. Draw depot and customer sites. A Critical stays loud until the box comes back in band. Ack does not close it. Times follow the depot clock (NZT, or an Australian city).

  • Working, and 10°C or more off setpoint, for more than 45 minutes
  • Off or loading does not open a Critical
  • Sites show on the Tracking map. Notes never go on a Proof Link
Working units only. Off stays quiet
TodayDesk

Callout Desk, not a booking calendar

Nightwatch writes an intent. Desk owns dispatch. Who is going, who is on site, and who fixed it. A fleet calling Thermo King NZ service (or the Australian dealer lines on an AU depot). Not a workshop booking tool, and not Reefer Tech Pro support. No remote control. No remote clear-alarm.

  • Open, on the way, on site, done tonight
  • Roster for internal techs, dealers and contractors
  • Thermo King service numbers on the desk. Confirm at the unit
TodayLocker

Trip proof for years, not the live map

When an auditor asks to see 14 March, you open the Locker. It keeps downsampled trip proof (samples, excursions, corrective actions) for an NZ food-control plan. Default retention is 7 years. Tracking History still purges at 90 days. This is not EN12830 certification. MPI does not approve the SaaS. Australian yards keep records to FSANZ and the state food-safety rules that apply.

  • Locker · 7 yr. Food-control plan retention, not a live map
  • Not EN12830 certified. MPI does not approve the SaaS
  • Claims Bundle: cargo temperature evidence PDF. Not a certified thermograph unless a logger download is in the window
Trip proof kept for years
Alarms

The worst fault jumps out first.

Type a number or a plain-English symptom. You get the real fault name, what it means, and how serious it is, colour-coded so a critical never reads like a warning. Codes are cached, so lookups still work in a weak-signal depot.

Thermo King · alarm lookup
ALM 10 High discharge pressure Condenser airflow / discharge valve Critical
ALM 23 Low refrigerant level Check charge & sight glass Warning
ALM 00 No alarms exist No active faults present Info
Sample of three Each brand keeps its own database, so a Carrier code never gets read as a Thermo King one.

On the unit

What a Thermo King or Carrier tech opens.

Technicians land on Alarms. Then Ask a tech, Diagrams, Read the unit, Live Bluetooth and Gauges. Same chrome as the office. Confirm against the manufacturer before you wrench.

Alarms

Look up any Carrier, Thermo King or Schmitz Cargobull code and get the real description, severity, likely causes and manufacturer guidance, plus a plain-English explanation of how to fix it.

Ask a tech

Ask any repair or how-to question. Ask a tech searches your service manuals and answers step by step with citations you can tap to verify. Never a random guess.

Diagrams

Real schematics by unit model. Pinch, zoom and pan into any section, tap Explain for a walkthrough that reads the actual drawing, and ask it about the circuit.

Read the unit

Open a logger file the unit already wrote, or pull one over USB at the unit. Remote logger download over the internet needs the box. Ask a tech then reads temperatures, alarms and run data.

Live Bluetooth

Read a running Thermo King unit live on a phone or tablet at the unit: setpoints, return and discharge air, battery, engine hours. We do not claim Carrier phone Bluetooth. The box can carry unit Bluetooth for remote sensor reads.

Driver QR + Jobs

Drivers scan a sticker, snap the alarm, and Ask a tech triages it. That lands as a job so the workshop knows what is coming. Gauges cover superheat, subcooling and P-T at the unit.

Roles

Built for the whole team.

The right view for every job. One account per person, each seeing exactly what they need. You decide who gets which.

Fleet manager

Lands on Fleet

Health first: jobs and units that will cost you if they sit. Then Tracking, Nightwatch, Desk and Locker.

  • Fleet Health: sitting jobs, off setpoint, gone quiet, certificates
  • Tracking, Nightwatch, Desk, Locker, Claims Bundle
  • Jobs, Today’s summary, Talk to unit
  • QR stickers, service-log approval, team access
Technician

Lands on Alarms

The workshop suite on phone, tablet or laptop. Confirm at the unit.

  • Alarms and Ask a tech
  • Diagrams, Read the unit, Live Bluetooth, Gauges
  • Jobs and Desk when the fleet needs a tech on the road
Dispatch

Lands on Fleet

Oversight and the overnight phone tree. See it, send someone, do not wrench it.

  • Fleet Health and Jobs
  • Tracking, Nightwatch and Desk
  • Locker trip proof and Claims Bundle
How the team runs it

How it works.

STEP 1

Create the fleet

Sign up, load units, print QR stickers. Depot clock is New Zealand or an Australian city. Billing stays GST-exclusive NZD.

STEP 2

Watch the boxes

Fit the optional telematics box for Tracking and Nightwatch. LIVE gauges and History replay sit on the same unit.

STEP 3

Dispatch overnight

Nightwatch wakes the roster. Desk sends a tech or calls Thermo King. Not a workshop booking tool.

STEP 4

Prove the trip

Locker keeps food-control plan records. Claims Bundle is the cargo-temp PDF. The workshop uses Ask a tech at the unit.

Why it matters

Sitting cargo is the bill. The app is how you see it.

Fleet Health ranks what will cost you if it sits. Nightwatch watches the yard after 22:00. The workshop confirms the fault at the unit.

Without it
  • No overnight watch unless someone is staring at a screen.
  • Callouts live in texts and a whiteboard.
  • Trip proof is a USB stick in a drawer, gone after a season.
  • Paper manuals and OEM cloud logins at the unit.
With Reefer Tech Pro
  • Nightwatch: working, 10°C off, more than 45 minutes.
  • Desk: who is going, who is on site, who fixed it.
  • Locker for 7 years. Claims Bundle when cargo is in dispute.
  • Alarms, Ask a tech, Diagrams and Read the unit in the same chrome.
For fleets

Licensed to your fleet, not your techs.

Sold per fleet, not per technician. The office and the workshop share one app. Access stays under your control.

Licensing

One contract, whole team

Add or remove technicians anytime. Access follows the fleet, not the individual.
