Reefer Tech Pro provides a diagnostic reference tool for Carrier and Thermo King transport-refrigeration technicians. You can contact us any time at jaco@reefertechpro.com.

- Usage data — the questions and searches you submit, the units and manuals you view, and basic technical/log data (such as time of access) needed to run and secure the Service.

- To create and manage your account and sign you in.
- To provide diagnostic answers, alarm-code lookups and manual search.
- To support you, improve the Service, and keep it secure.
AI processing
When you ask the AI repair assistant a question, your question and relevant service-manual excerpts are sent to our AI provider (xAI) to generate an answer. Please do not enter personal, confidential or sensitive information into the assistant.
Cookies
We use a single essential cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Sharing your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the Service (such as our hosting and AI providers), and where required by law.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secured servers. Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. We take reasonable steps to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Data retention
We keep your account information while your account is active. You can ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time.

The Service is intended for professional technicians and is not directed at anyone under 16.
