Reefer monitoring for your fleet
The proposal: one Reefer Tech Pro box on each reefer unit, so the office sees every unit on one screen, whichever brand it is.
What it does
- Setpoint, return and discharge air, mode, defrost and engine hours, live over 4G, on a phone, tablet or computer.
- The unit's own alarm codes in plain English, with an email when the controller raises one.
- Change the setpoint, start a defrost or clear an alarm from the office, on supported Thermo King controllers.
- Temperature reports as a PDF or CSV, for a customer or an auditor.
What it replaces
No OEM box and no reefer maker subscription. The same box fits Thermo King and Carrier units, and the box and the service come on one bill. It runs alongside existing telematics.
What it doesn't do
- Carrier units are monitor only, with no remote control. On Carrier Advance and APX controllers, alarms don't show on the board yet.
- Controllers differ by model and age, so Reefer Tech Pro confirms what each unit supports.
Who's behind it
A New Zealand company, number 9446141 on the Companies Register, started by a technician with 22 years of hands-on Thermo King experience. The box has been field-tested with NZ fleets.
What it costs
Reefer Tech Pro takes you through pricing for your fleet at a demo.
Thermo King and Carrier are trademarks of their respective owners. Reefer Tech Pro is an independent company, and neither brand makes, approves or endorses it.
