Reefer Tech Pro | Help

Web app for refrigerated-transport fleets. Carrier, Thermo King, and Schmitz. Built for NZ fleets (Auckland first) and ready for an Australian depot clock. Managers land on Fleet. Technicians land on Alarms. Same chrome on phone, tablet and laptop. Add to Home Screen from the browser. Nothing to install from an app store. Independent tool. Not OEM, not a dealer replacement. Guidance is advisory. Confirm against the manufacturer before you service a unit.

What the office gets

Fleet Health. Jobs and units that will cost you if they sit. Abandoned jobs, temperature off setpoint, gone quiet, certificates overdue. Confirm at the unit. This is not a prediction.

Tracking. Map, LIVE gauges, Graphs, History replay, Logger, Report, wLog, and Units. LIVE is a sensor stream from the optional box, not a camera. GPS crumbs stay 90 days, then drop. Independent of manufacturer telematics.

Nightwatch. Overnight cargo watch. Working units only. A Critical opens when return air is 10°C or more off setpoint for more than 45 minutes. Off or loading stays quiet. Depot and customer sites show on the Tracking map.

Desk. Callout Desk for fleet dispatch. Who is going, who is on site, who fixed it. A fleet calling Thermo King, not a workshop booking tool. No remote control.

Locker. Trip proof for an NZ food-control plan. Default retention is 7 years. Not the live map. This is not EN12830 certified. MPI does not approve the SaaS. Australian yards keep records to FSANZ and the state food-safety rules that apply.

Claims Bundle. A cargo-temperature evidence PDF for a unit window. Not a certified thermograph unless a logger download is listed in that window.

What the workshop gets

Alarms, Ask a tech, Diagrams, Read the unit, Live Bluetooth, and Gauges. Pick the brand first. Carrier stays in the Carrier library; Thermo King stays in Thermo King; Schmitz stays in Schmitz.

Diagnosing a fault

Pick the brand, then the code or the symptom. Answers come from your manuals, with [1] citations in the answer. Tap any [n] to jump to that source (manual and page) and read it before you wrench.

Live Bluetooth

Chrome on Android or a laptop. iPhone: Bluefy (App Store). Safari on iPhone will not talk Bluetooth or USB. That is an Apple limit, not a missing feature. We do not claim Carrier phone Bluetooth.

Read the unit

The unit writes the file. Thermo King over DataPac, Carrier over Zenith, in the browser. No WinTrac or TRU-Tech on the laptop. Cable path is beta. iPhone can’t do USB-serial. We’ve matched WinTrac output on the units we’ve validated. Still limited: alarms not decoded yet on newer single-temp controllers; older dates can drift.

With the optional LilyGO-class hardware box and Connect, the fleet can GPS-track the unit, watch LIVE gauges (temperatures and engine vitals, not a camera), read unit Bluetooth via the box, and pull a remote logger download over the internet. USB at the unit and phone Bluetooth at a Thermo King still work as the at-the-unit paths. Confirm at the unit.

Driver QR and Jobs

Sticker on the unit. Driver scans, snaps the alarm. Ask a tech triages. That lands as a job. A job only closes when someone checks the fix and leaves a short note.

Add to Home Screen
